Family Services Program

This program is designed to assist families and individuals to meet their immediate basic needs of food, heat and electricity in crisis situations while helping them become more stable going forward. Housing Counseling Program- (Better Housing…Builds Better Families…Builds Better Communities)

Housing Services is a source of information to countless New Castle County residents with housing concerns and/or issues in the areas of  Pre-Purchase, Foreclosure Prevention/Intervention, Rental Assistance (Includes Pre-Rental and Rental Delinquency), and Financial Empowerment Counseling (Includes Budget and Credit Counseling).
